She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clay and Eula Irene Dabney (Smith). She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Carter, Michael Carter and Randy Carter; and her brother Ray Edward Dabney. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Union Grove Cemetery (212 Union Grove Cemetery Rd, Gladewater, TX 75647).
