She is survived by: her stepchildren, Joey Levon Dye (Peggy), Sherry Lynn Childress (David), Michelle Cox (Ricky) and Raymond E. Clifton, Jr. (Alicia); and her siblings, Jerry Garrett, Gregory Garrett, Ronnie Joe Garrett, Nancy Koons, Juanita Patterson, Ann Garrett and Paula Hathcoat. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
