We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2021, at the age of 95, Lillian Dovie Jackson in Gilmer, Texas, born in Roswell, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dovie Little Newman and William Toliver Newman; and her brothers, Alfred F. Newman, Toliver Simpson Newman, Ted Newman, Dale Newman and Verne Newman.
She is survived by: her sisters, June Hodges of Canyon Texas, Shirley James and Jean Nance; her brothers-in-law, Thomas Nance of Albuquerque and Joe Moore of Amarillo Texas; her daughters, Jan Jackson and Sharon Luttman; her son-in-law Bruce Luttman; her grandsons, Matthew Stanley and Mark Stanley; her daughters-in-law, Tiffany Stanley and Holli Stanley; her great grandchildren, Jace Stanley, Mason Stanley, Wyatt Stanley, Brooks Stanley and Benjamin Stanley; and her sister-in-law Nelda Newman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, her only request would be to pay it forward by being a better person and helping others.
