He is survived by: his parent Curl Hale; his significant other Annie Lucile Dickerson (Dixie); his grandchildren, Leslie Nicole and Steven Lloyd; his sister Hazel Adams (Phoenix); and his brother-in-law Robert Holt (Atlanta). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many friends.
