He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rufus and Jimmie Leigh Sims Hatton; his daughter Tish Hatton; and his sister Sue Wallesch. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Jeanne Hatton; his daughters, Christa-Elaine Wood, Erica Jaggears and Danielle Novak; his brothers, William "Bill" Hatton and Lee Hatton; and his grandchildren, Haylie Barnes, Zachary Barnes, Bradly Novak, Elayna Wood, Elijah Wood and Bri Hatton.
