He is survived by: his wife Tammy Winthrop; his children, Dustin Winthrop and Brandy Fernandez; his siblings, Ron Winthrop (Connie) and Elaine Modisette; and his grandchildren, Kayli Hardin, Sage Hardin and Lake Fernandez.
