He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Cox Fielden and Curtis Fielden; his sister Betty Jean Childress; and his son-in-law Wayne Rich. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Fielden; his brother Jerry Fielden (Lujuanna Fielden); and his children, Mandy Fielden Woods (Billy Woods), Dinah Fielden McCracken, Tim Fielden (Angela Fielden) and Lacy Fielden Rich. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to First Methodist Church of Gilmer, Primecare Hospice of Longview or Visiting Angels of Longview.
