He was predeceased by: his nephew William "Bill" Hubnik. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Hubnik and Gary Hubnik; his grandchildren, Christy Hubnik McClure, Mellissa Hubnik Stagner and Jessica Hubnik McGahee; his nephew Johnny Slovak; and his nieces, Louise Deherdy and Jonnie Kay Hubnik.
