He was predeceased by: his father Juan Villanueva. He is survived by: his mother Maria Ramirez; his wife Norma; his children, Jessica (Francisco Medina) of Mt. Pleasant, Wendy (Silvio Sierra) of Longview, Stephanie (Oscar Cisnero) of Pittsburg and Jose Villanueva Jr. of Pittsburg; his siblings, Servando Villanueva, Daniel Villanueva and Juana Sanchez; and his grandchildren, Jakob, Kyler Medina and Alexander Villanueva.
