He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Threadgill and Novella Threadgill; and his brother Allen Threadgill. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Trena Tillery (Dale) and Joshua Threadgill (J. D.); his granddaughters, Dacy Tillery and Alana Burnett (Clint, Allie Gore); his pet Sarah; his siblings, Jim Threadgill, Elwin Threadgill and Barbara (Franklin); and his sister-in-law Linda K. Threadgill of Longview. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to be made to Concord Baptist Church Building Fund in memory of Johnny Threadgill.
