We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024, at the age of 87, JoAnn Bullard of Gilmer, Texas, born in Vernon, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, W. D. Crabtree and Margaret Crabtree (Searcy); her husband Bobby Gene Bullard; her son Bobby Joe Bullard; and her siblings, Ranal Keith Crabtree and Peggy Rotan Duke.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim White of Gilmer; and her grandchildren, Michael Bullard, Kristin Flick, Devin White and Valerie Duraso. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild along with numerous nieces and nephews.
