He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Willie Bailey and Lorene Bishop Bailey; his wife Clara Bailey; his daughter Sheila Caldwell; his son-in-law Larry Spears; and his sister Jean Hubbard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie McKinley (Gene), Susie Spears, Sharon Haywood (Ben) and Kimberly Jenkins (Bobby); his son-in-law Joe Caldwell; and his sister JoAnn Haney. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
