He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Requena and Sophie Requena. He is survived by: his girlfriend Carla Peppers; his children, Chris (Jennifer Requena), Victor "Nate" Requena, Austin Requena, Gayle McGuyer and Carla McGuyer; and his grandchildren, Lucian Requena and Setiva Parks. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; as well as many other extended family.
