He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elijah and Ruth Elizabeth Ray; his wife Joanna Fountain; and his brother Valton Ray. He is survived by: his children, Debbie (James Murphy) and Scott Ray; and his grandchildren, Chad, Danny Murphy, Tara McNeel, Ginger Helpenstill and Stephanie McNeel. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
