He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother David Saltsman; his children, Gerry Kenneth "Kenny" Saltsman, Jr. of Houston, Scott Alan Saltsman (Joanna) of Houston, Norman Kenneth Saltsman, II of Gilmer, Matthew Saltsman of Gilmer, Regina Leann Smith of Houston, Jenney Kay Saltsman of Galveston and Sherri Renee Saltsman of Gilmer; and his siblings, Robert Saltsman of Oxford, MS., Daniel Saltsman of Pasadena, John Saltsman (Kathy) of Splendora, Terry Saltsman (Carolyn) of Porter, Becky Wells of Tampa, FL., Barbara Saltsman of Tennessee, Carol Medina (Jesse) of Cleveland and Michelle Saltsman of San Antonio. He was also cherished by eleven grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.
