He is survived by: his wife Mary Whitehead; his father Burnes Ray Whitehead; his children, Burnes Ray Whitehead II, Celita Racine Smith (Joe Rovedo) and Freddie Ray Whitehead Jr. (Kelly); his sisters, Kathleen Frances Roberts and Rebecca Gene Noriega; his grandchildren, Zachary Ray Whitehead, Aaron Levi Whitehead, Alexis Nichole Smith, Trinity "Baby" Danielle Smith, Cody Ray Ferguson, Vidallia Jean Lumpkins and Buddy Ray Lynn Ferguson; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Wyatt, Grayson and William. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
