He was predeceased by: his parents, G. S. Williams and Jessie Verda Alexander Williams; his wife Erna Williams; his brothers, Billy Don Williams, Carlton Williams and Ernest Earl Williams; his granddaughter Stephanie Carol Wiler; and his great grandchild Wesley Trenton Wiler.
He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda Williams and Carol; his son-in-law Johnny Wiler; and his sisters, Lolita Loyd and Louise Guthrie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
