He is survived by: his wife Gloria Palmer; his children, Tellas Fort, Brian Fort, Edward Wayne Palmer II, Brandy Webb and Tiffany Danielle Stewart; his stepson Tomond Venters; and his sister Annie Venters. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
