He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Patterson and Thada Mildred Patterson (Prewitt); and his siblings, Wayne Patterson, David Patterson and Nelda Moore.
He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Patterson and Patricia Siddick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
