She was predeceased by: her husband Gene A. Bilbrey; and her children, Eddie Bilbrey and Kathy Jamar. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Bilbrey of Longview and Genny Garmon of Gilmer. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
