He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Charles Parker and Lucille Parker. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Heyland; his siblings, Jerry Burns Parker (Joy), Cynthia Parker Vetters (Butch), Jonell Parker Donaho (Ted) and Patsy Parker Goodwin (Buddy); and his grandchildren, Ashley Dawn Mendenhall, Katie Claire Parker and Emily Brooke Mendenhall.
