He was predeceased by: his mother Lula Faye Campbell Parmer; and his stepparents, Laurie Parmer and Everette Eugene Shelly. He is survived by: his father Joe Franklin Parmer; his siblings, Jerry Parmer, Billy Joe Parmer, John Franklin Parmer, Mary Parmer and Jennifer Elaine Killingsworth; his nephews, Patrick Cameron Parmer, Joseph Ryan Parmer and Bradley Dillon Parmer; and his niece Courtney Meachell Parmer.
