She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Asberry Wade and Emma Smoot Dixon Wade; her former husband Dale McKendrick; and her brothers, Delmar Wade, Lowell Wade (Donna) and Arnold Wade (Shirley).
She is survived by: her husband Lew Miller; her children, Jeff Engemann, Stephanie Murphy (Doug), Meridith Engemann Bunn (Jimmy), Jennifer Barton (Brian), Jason Engemann, Lisa Miller, Barbara Beckman, Tari Miller, Lorraine McKendrick and Dale Robert McKendrick; and her brothers, Jerry Wade (Jane) and Russell Wade (Marie). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McWhorter Funeral Home (1074 TX-300, Gilmer, TX 75645). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1122 Pine St, Gilmer, TX 75644).
