He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Spencer and Ima Spencer; and his brother Billy G. Spencer. He is survived by: his former wife Lynda Spencer of Gilmer; his siblings, Leon Spencer of Athens, Jean Hull of Illinois and Wanda Fennell of Soules Chapel; and his grandchildren, Kirby, Chase, Casey and Caulen Spencer.
