She was predeceased by: her parents, John Benjamin and Katy Lou Chambers Clincksdales; her husband James Walter Cook; and her brother Johnny Clinckscales. She is survived by: her sons, Terry Cook (Kalista) and Scott Cook (Jennifer); her sister Patricia Dickinson; her grandchildren, Ashley Cook, Tyler Cook, Dwight Cook, Jenny Wimpee, Kevin Emerson, Joshua Medina and Alex Medina; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Mae Cook, Danny, Eli, Makayla, Dylan and Chase.
