She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Cole and Audrey Lorena Boots Cole; and her son Michael Owen. She is survived by: her husband Blanton Dawson; her children, Lorena Kay Downey (Michael), Jared Dawson and Taylor Dawson; her brother Wayne Cole; her grandchildren, Erin Marie Flynn, William Christopher Downey, Steven Michael Downey and Nathan Downey; and her great grandchildren, Izzie Flynn and Elizabeth Flynn.
