It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Lee Stracener (Gilmer, Texas), who passed away on December 20, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Randy Stracener. He is survived by: his wife Louise Stracener of Gilmer; his daughter Kay Stracener of Gilmer; and his grandchildren, D. D. McCaskill (Mike) and Randale Quinn.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Harmony Methodist Church, 8568 State Highway 154, Gilmer, TX 75644 or the youth at First United Methodist Church of Gilmer 105 N. Montgomery St, Gilmer, TX 75644.
