She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Oney and Mary Grace Oney (Harbor); and her husband Vick Willis. She is survived by: her children, Larry Willis (Kathy) and Theresa Morgan (Barry); and her siblings, Dale Oney, Roger Oney, Lois Hunt, Linda Fugler, Brenda Truitt and Shirley Wilson. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
