He is survived by: his wife Rita of Lexington; his children, Michael Owen (Debra) of Syracuse, John Owen (Denice) of Cary, Diane Smothermon (Rick) of Bastrop, Texas, Kelly Josh of Austin and Chris Josh (Viv) of Plano, Texas; his brother Dan Owen of Austin; his sister-in-law Vonnie Owen of Albuquerque, NM; and his nephew David Owen (Roxie) of Lexington. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
