He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harris Jr. and Ronita Harris (Maynard); and his siblings, Cynthia Lehmann, James Harris Jr. and John Maynard Sr. (Todd).
He is survived by: his pet Minnie of Giddings; his siblings, Richard (Amanda Maynard) of Houston and Kim Villarreal of Houston; his nieces and nephews, Chaz Lehmann (Lacie) of Lincoln, Cayden Lehmann of Lincoln, John Maynard (Destiney) of Houston, Robert Allen of Houston, Austin Villarreal of Houston, Lathe (Lathe Alan Hinch) of Colorado, Kenady Villarreal of Houston, Ashley Maynard of Houston, Whitley Allan of Houston, Priscilla Lehmann of Lincoln and Nevaeh Lehmann of Lincoln; and his brother-in-law Landis Lehmann of Lincoln.
