She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Jacobs and Frances Jacobs (Wisnoskie); her husband Hubert Sliva; and her siblings-in-law, John Sliva and Lillian Sliva (Preisler).

She is survived by: her daughter Shannon Sliva of Giddings.
