She is survived by: her children, Martin Hughes of Houston, Bobby Hughes (Deanna) of Houston, Thomas Hughes (Abby) of New Jersey and Linda Ehler (Mark) of Giddings; her grandchildren, Andrea Butschek of Smithville, Blain Butschek (Nancy) of Giddings, Christene Hughes (Fernando) of Huntsville, Kimberly Roland (Evan) of Houston and Kyle Hughes of Austin; and her great grandchildren, Aliya Ehler of Giddings, Jaxyn Ehler of Giddings and Harper Butschek of Giddings.
Memorials may be made to Martin Luther Lutheran Church in Giddings or to the charity of one's choice.
