He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Tello and Constancio Zuniga; and his siblings, Anacleto Zuniga, Ciro Zuniga, Pedro Zuniga, Felipe Zuniga, Andres Zuniga, Maria Santos Zuniga and Maria Guadalupe Zuniga.
He is survived by: his wife Marcelina Zuniga of Giddings; and his children, Maggie Zuniga (Guadalupe Gonzalez) of Giddings, Susie Perez (Paul Martinez) of Giddings, Camilo Perez (Yadira Ontiveros) of Mexico, Romana Perez of Giddings, Anjelica Becerra (Isidro Tello) of Mexico, Mario Zuniga (Yesenia Zuniga) of Giddings, Carina Zuniga (Jorge Martinez) of Giddings, Sonia Garcia (Jesus Garcia) of Giddings and Vanessa Zuniga Vaclavik (Steven Vaclavik) of Giddings. He is also survived by thirty two grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren as well as numerous extended family and close friends.
Memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association or to the charity of one's choice.
