It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nathan Lee Wachsmann (Giddings, Texas), born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Oswald, Marie Schneider, Herbert and Louise Wachsmann; his brother-in-law Michael Matthijetz; and his aunts and uncles, Ruby Wachsmann, Helen Schneider, Leonard (Florence Williams), Lawrence (Mary Wachsmann), Marvin Wachsmann, Edgar Wachsmann and Warren (Frances Cypert).
He is survived by: his parents, Leroy Wachsmann and Mildred Wachsmann (Schneider) of Manheim; his sisters, Peggy Matthijetz of Lincoln and Tammy (Jonathan Milburn); his nieces and nephews, Colton, Lauren Matthijetz of Lincoln, Landry, Langston, Loxley Milburn of Lexington and Joseph Milburn of Lexington; and his aunts and uncles, Milton Wachsmann of Lincoln, Clarence (Joy Wachsmann), Ruth Jatzlau of Giddings and Jeanette Wachsmann of Tomball. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
Memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran Church in Lincoln or to the charity of one's choice.
