It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Louise Mitschke (Giddings, Texas), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Mitchell and Daisy Mitchell (Clifton); her husbands, Ernest Mitschke and Ray Navarre; her grandchildren, Kevin Smith, Amanda Smith, Carter Mitschke and Kersten Peacock; and her siblings, James Mitchell, Jesse Mitchell, Walter Mitchell and Sybil Lundy.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Smith (Frankie) of Caldwell, Tina Jacob (Harlan) of Victoria, Shannon Mitschke (Gail) of Brenham, Michell Peacock of The Woodlands and Krystal Stuart (Bill) of Caldwell; her grandchildren, Troy Smith of Caldwell, Ethan Jacob of Victoria, Brandon (Jade Mitschke), Hailey Blevins (Edgar Burgos), Sierra Blevins of The Woodlands, Cassie Peacock of Conroe, Shane Peacock of The Woodlands, Michael Gonzales of College Station, Adam Mitschke (Blake Hall), Cooper Stuart of Caldwell, Clayton (Jolee Stuart) and Joseph Stuart of San Antonio; and her great grandchildren, Addison Price, Lilynn Mansfield, Conner Mitschke, Cora Jo Mitschke, Hunter Burgos and Blakely Stuart. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
