He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Lewis and Florence Ruth Eslick (Gott); his wife Dorothy Eslick; and his siblings, Walter "Shorty" Eslick, Leroy Eslick, Linda Summerlin and Sue Gautreau.
He is survived by: his brother Clyde Eslick (Nancy) of Bristow; and his sister-in-law Dee Eslick of Bristow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
