He is survived by: his former wife Sylvia Schmidt; his wife Sylvia Krchnak of Giddings; his children, Kent Krchnak of Giddings, Scott Krchnak (Brandy) of Giddings and Kelly Urban (Chris) of La Grange; his grandchildren, Hannah Krchnak of San Antonio, Jacob Krchnak of Nacogdoches, Colby Urban of La Grange and Laney Urban of La Grange; his siblings, Glory Novosad (Frank) of Kingwood and Jerry Krchnak of Smithville; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Krchnak of Deer Park and Mike Schmidt (Marilyn) of Giddings. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and his best friend, his dog.
