She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilario Villanueva and Basilisa Villanueva (Garcia); her husband Epifanio "Pete" Basquez; her son Adam Basquez; her son-in-law Roy Burk; her brothers, Neido Villanueva, Jesse Villanueva, Steve Villanueva, Masi Villanueva, Johnny Villanueva and Edward "Baldo" Villanueva; and her sister-in-law Louisa Villanueva.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Burk of Wichita Falls, Martha Guinn (Bobby) of Ayden, NC, Wanda Basquez of Giddings, Eva Deal (Rupert) of Moulton, AL, James Basquez (Tammy) of Giddings, Robert Basquez of Abilene, George Basquez of Giddings and Beatrice Basquez of Giddings; and her sisters, Pauline Olguin of Midland, Maggie Gamez of Taylor and Maria Guadalupe of Austin. She is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; fifty great grandchildren; six great, great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Margaret Catholic Church in Giddings or to the charity of one's choice.
