She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Pietsch and Minna Pietsch (Walther); her husband Alfred M. Schulz; her brother Elmo; and her siblings-in-law, Helen Pietsch and Walter Schumann.
She is survived by: her son David; her daughter-in-law Carol Schulz of Serbin; her grandson Christopher Schulz of Serbin; her sister Frances Schumann of Nechanitz; and her sister-in-law Eleanor (Eugene Jenke). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips and Luckey Funeral Home - Giddings (3950 E Austin St, Giddings, TX 78942). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church of Serbin (1572 Co Rd 211, Giddings, TX 78942).
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Serbin or to the charity of one's choice.
