It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Knox of Giddings, Texas, born in Gonzales, Texas, who passed away on April 14, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Hill (Wittenburg) and Arthur Clifton Hill; her husband Louis; her brother A. C. Hill; her half-brothers, Robert Hill, Earl "Jack" Hill, Leon Hill and Vernon Hill; her brothers-in-law, John Knox, Jr. and Robert Knox; her sister Jo Knox Marcia; and her brother-in-law John Marcia.
She is survived by: her sisters, Bettie Ferrier and Bertha; her sister-in-law Linda Hill; and also Perfect Way. She is also survived by eight nieces, a nephew, twenty-one great-nieces and -nephews and several great-great-nieces.
