It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Anne Kashata (Giddings, Texas), who passed away on January 3, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Dennis Steglich; and her nephew Terry Steglich. She is survived by: her children, Robert Dodd (Karin) of Tyler, Richard Dodd of Tyler, Russell Dodd (Dusty) of Tyler and Rachael Oliver of Tyler; her grandchildren, Thomas Dodd of Tyler, Sheridan Dodd of Tyler, Sarah Withers (Hunter) of Palestine, Cameron Oliver of Tyler and Carleton Oliver of Tyler; and her siblings, Kathleen Barta (Frank) of Oklahoma City, Karen Luecke (Jimmie) of Giddings, James Steglich (Delores) of Smithville, Jerry Steglich (Patsy) of Giddings and Teddy Steglich (Becky) of Corsicana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
