It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Marshall Claxton of Giddings, Texas, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on February 17, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Claxton (Machen) and Albert "Shine" Claxton. He is survived by: his wife Euna Cille Good; his children, Bronwyn, Christy, Patrick Ferrell of League City, Tammy Claxton of Austin, Jeff and Sharon Claxton of Giddings; his granddaughters, Sadie Claxton of Giddings and Elizabeth Johnson of Denver; and his brother Bill (Peg Claxton). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice Brazos Valley in appreciation for their loving and excellent care of Don in his final days.
