We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2025, at the age of 77, Clyde Monroe Maass of Giddings, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Maass and Monroe Maass; his parents-in-law, Walter and Helen Dube; his siblings-in-law, Alvin Mikulin, Jack Dube, Pete Nimitz, Bobby Norred and Jo Nimtz; and his nephews, Jim Bob Dube and Riley Key.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Maass of Giddings; his son Justin Maass (Charlsey) of Giddings; his granddaughter Addy Maass of Giddings; his brother Ray Maass (Lashelle) of Giddings; and his siblings-in-law, Bobby Dube (Bonnie) of Giddings, Dot Norred of Kingsland and Peggy Dube of Giddings.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home - Giddings (3950 E Austin St, Giddings, TX 78942). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cowboy Church of Lee County (2645 Co Rd 117, Giddings, TX 78942).
