He is survived by: his wife Mildred Butler of Dime Box; his children, Michael (Jacqueline Butler), Russell Butler of Hockley and Kimberley (Jon Cantrell); his grandchildren, Amanda (Bret Simmons), Cheyenne (Garret Sechelski), Chelsea Butler of Anderson, Halen (Lauren Butler), Blaine Gest of La Grange and Caroline Butler (Armon Ferrari); his great grandchildren, Carsyn Busse, Cannon Wright, Hayden Simmons and Grayson Simmons; his sister Mattie Mae Butler of Pasadena; and his siblings-in-law, Cathy Butler of Houston, Mary Teinert of Houston, Traugott Teinert Jr. of Paige and Charles Teinert of Dime Box. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
