He is survived by: his parents, Benjamin Diaz (Juana Diaz) and Maria Diaz (Guerra); his wife Nituna Diaz of Gholson; his children, Joseph Paris (Candace), Angelina Valenzuela (Matthew), Jay Perez (Evelyn), Diana Perez (Robby Benitez), Tony Garcia (Zakayla Montez), Justice Diaz, Christopher Diaz and Julio Diaz; his siblings, Martha Fehlman (Mike), Bruce Diaz (Tolita), Ben Diaz Jr., Jason Diaz (Lorena), Erik Diaz and Julio Mendez; his mother-in-law Anna Maria Sparks; and his brothers-in-law, Chris Silva and Scott Sparks (Cindy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
