It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willis Dean Speck (Georgetown, Texas), born in Brady, Texas, who passed away on October 11, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Cleo Speck and Vivian Dorothy Speck; and his siblings, Nancy Norris and Wilfred "Butch" Speck Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kay Bailey Speck; his daughters, Lori Ann Tackett and Lisa Ann Olivares; his son-in-law Adam Christopher Olivares; his sister Wanda Houston; his grandsons, Christopher Edward Speck, Adam Brett Olivares (Bobbie), Cody Christopher Olivares, Grant Zachary Williams and Kyle Brandon Williams; and his great grandchild Sophia Rose Williams.
