He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Orton and Mary Orton. He is survived by: his son Scott; his brother Tom; his aunt Maude Houlihan (Byron); his wife Diana Jean Orton; his sons, Chris (Mary Ann), Craig (Vonda) and Curtis (Julie); his grandchildren, Billy (Stephanie), Samantha (Miles), Byron, Alex (Kara), Colby (Karina), Hailey (Nakia) and Isabella; and his great grandchildren, Evan, Ryder, Charli, Parker, Noah, Riley, Annie, Brixton, Kingston, Diana Jean and Carson.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Gabriels Funeral Chapel (393 North IH-35, Georgetown, TX 78628).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Georgetown Meals on Wheels (https://owbc-tx.org) or Faith Lutheran Church.
