He was predeceased by: his mother Julia Wall Murphy (Phillips); his stepfather Edgar Francis Murphy; and his sister Cheryl Farthing (Wall). He is survived by: his wife Christina Wall (Miller); his children, Spencer Wall, Tara Lusby (Michael) and Kerri Ferrell (Carl); his grandchildren, Morgan Lusby, Lauren Ferrell, Brandt and Drew Lusby; and his sister Janice Wilder (Wall).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to an organization to honor Scott's memory.
