With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Maurice Leedy of Georgetown, Texas, who passed away on December 12, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayden Martin Leedy, Sr. and Pansy Pearl Ball Leedy; his siblings, Hayden M. Leedy, Jr., Billie Terry and Sharon Church (Chuck); his parents-in-law, Charles R. and Doris Marie Murphy; and his siblings-in-law, James E. and Joy Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Murphy; his daughters, Kathleen Leedy (Jimmy Reyes) and Erin Flory; his grandchildren, Weston and Kate Flory; his brother-in-law Eugene Terry; and his sisters, Lyndall Ferrel (Barry), Sonya Adkins (Ronnie) and Vickie Hawkins. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and his grand dogs.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (1501 TX-91, Denison, TX 75020). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
