It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Eugene Vogl of Georgetown, Texas, born in Wamego, Kansas, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maureen Vogl (Wight); his parents, Earl Vogl and Matilda Vogl; his siblings, Larry, Mary Ann Buchtan and Genita Silva; his children, Cathy Southrey (John), Kim Gormley (Patrick), Sandra Vogl and Kevin Vogl (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Thomas Gormley, Benjamin Gormley, Sara Gormley, Luke Gormley, Alexis Vogl and Mason Vogl.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Ray Vogl may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
